How did you find Jenn and Coastal Life Properties?
We had recently started our search but didn't have an agent yet. We met Jenn at an open house and after chatting with her, we knew she was the agent for us! Jenn is very warm, personable and knowledgeable about the area. We knew right off the bat that we could trust her with our move.
Best part of your experience?
Jenn definitely made it easy for us. She showed us homes until we found the right one. She also handled everything and put us in contact with the right people. Jenn offered us lots of personal attention and support. I mean, you don't always get that warmth and empathy from an agent but we got it from Jenn and we're so grateful!
Were there stressful moments or things you were concerned about during the process?
We didn't experience any major hiccups in the process but I know if we had, Jenn would have handled it all. We started out looking at condos but eventually decided on a beautiful single-family home in a 55+ neighborhood. We thought we knew what we wanted but we ended up with something so much better with Jenn's help.
Daniel and Alba's advice to you:
We would say make sure you really click with your agent because you're going to be spending a lot of time with them seeing homes, signing documents and dealing with problems if they arise. And make sure you work with someone who really knows the area and can guide you toward what you want!
