• Tracy- She is a single mom looking to stay in Merritt Island since she has called it home for so many years. She is a local teacher ready to find a place to call home. She would prefer to a move-in ready home but is not opposed to doing some upgrades. She would like to stay under 225K

• Robert and Barbara are ready to retire and put their boat in the water for evening cruises. They are looking for navigable canals in Merritt Island but okay with bridge restrictions. Their budget is 450K and are VA buyers ready to move right away on the right home

• Katherine is looking to make North Merritt Island her home. She is relocating and would love to attend to her love of horses and have them in her backyard. She is looking for minimum of 1 acre and ready to spend 400K
