If you’re thinking about selling your home, it's important to have a good understanding of what’s going on in the Brevard County market.

We're going to take it way back to 2019 and the years leading up to 2022. 

Our biggest takeaway from this data is that the # of homes listed and sold haven't adjusted much over the last 3  1/2 years however the speed in which they sell and the price in which they sell are the biggest changes. 

These will likely be the two factors that change first as we watch the market shift. It will take longer to sell and it will likely soften the sales price.
