Hello my name is Hank I have lived in Brevard County majority of my life. I’ve attended a few different schools around the county finishing up at Cocoa Beach High School. I currently reside in Merritt Island w/ my wife Courtnei Dearaujo. We have three children at home and one off to college. The Space Coast is our home! I have worked in the Pest Control industry for the past 15 yrs. I have been a WDO (Wood Destroying Organism) inspector w/ A+ Pest and Termite for the past 10 yrs. Being in the pest control industry has allowed me to enter into so many different types of homes, from your 55 and up mobile home or condo associations to your multi-million dollar mansions. Over the years I’ve been blessed to meet and communicate w/ so many wonderful people. I travel to and from different parts of the county working w/ some of the best home inspectors in the business. As I’ve traveled around inspecting homes I gained an interest in selling homes. Inspecting homes myself and working w/ the home inspectors I have gained knowledge needed to educate clients that are searching for their new home.
