Hi!  I'm Brooke Maratta, if we haven't met, I thought about officially changing my name to Brookell so I can use the slogan "Buy or Sell with Brookell".  I think I'll just stick with Brooke.

I have officially started my real estate career with Coastal Life Properties, and I could not be more excited to start this adventure. 

I met Jenn Clements and the team at Coastal Life Properties a few years ago. I told myself if I ever went into Real Estate, I would want to work with them! They have brought me into their family and created space for me to learn the ins and outs of the market and business.  

If you know me, I wear a lot of hats!  I have a podcast named "Write it Down" which I call my baby.  I am a bartender at Walk On's Sports Bistreaux. I train fitness classes at Trinity Fitness Melbourne.  And I spend my free time running long distances, eating good food, traveling with friends and watching sports (mainly NFL football).

I have lived in Brevard County my entire life and I love my small town of Melbourne, FL.  I am looking forward to meeting you all face-to-face and tackling this market together!  Let's find your dream home and sell with Brookell :)
